I have know Charlotte for about 15 years. First...

I have know Charlotte for about 15 years. First I actually met her when we worked for the same company. I was impressed with how she worked for her clients. She does put their best interest as a priority. When I was no longer in real estate she worked as my buyer agent twice and sellers agent once. She never once pressured me to make a certain decision. I was given all the facts, made sure I understood them and made suggestions. She knew the market and came prepared when listing and when I was buying. She had an extensive list of vendors for whatever need I may have. When negotiating it's like she already knew what may come back as a counter and had me prepared for it when I needed to. Charlotte is up front and honest and very professional. She made me feel like I was her only client. I will use her again and will continue to send referrals her way. I'm so glad that I have a forever realtor my needs.
