•Over the course of our careers my wife and I have purchased 8 homes, from New Hampshire to Florida and points in between. Thomas was our agent when we purchased in the Bluffton area, we felt he was honest, he had a great knowledge of the area, and a thorough knowledge of what was selling, and why it was selling ahead of others. His exquisitely worded description of the house, the advantages it offered were all combined in the descriptions online. When we were buying, he gave us a great tour of several locations and towns. He cautioned us when he saw something that cost a lot of money to repair. Overall, it was a very enjoyable, 2-way conversation, we felt like he knew what we wanted, and went out of his way to satisfy us.
