Sarah is a very professional and experienced realtor. She is very organized and capable. We were out of state buyers and she would do FaceTime walk throughs for us and take measurments. Documents were a breeze with DocuSign. Sarah did the walk thru with the inspector when we couldn't make it and took notes with pictures. She is a prompt communicator and was not afraid to negotiate a low offer. After the close she continued to work with builder to make sure our punch list was completed. Thanks Sarah.
