Great job navigating some complications

There were aspects of this transaction that might have scared away other buyers (it had before we looked at it). Scott helped us make sense of relevant details and potential outcomes, which allowed this home to work for us. He communicated with the seller and us well throughout, which was probably more important in this case than with some other homes.
