Best decision we made was to work with Joseph!

There are not enough stars in the world to rate Joseph Cardona! He graciously helped us find a rental home when we moved back to Texas in 2025. We were disappointed to learn we could not renew this lease and would need to look into purchasing a home one year sooner that we expected. The first person I texted was Joseph. Immediately he was happy to help. Throughout the entire viewing, contracting, negotiating, and closing processes he made us feel like we were his only clients (even though he is incredibly busy). He was always easy to contact and very quick to respond. Not only is he professional, he adds a personal touch that really makes you feel heard and cared for. He makes you feel like family and he understands the importance and weight that purchasing a home entails. He talked me off the ledge multiple times when the stress was getting to me. He always remained professional but also was never afraid to stand up and advocate for what was best for my family. Please do yourself a favor and work with Joseph - you will not regret it!
