Simply The Best

Carol is truly a Real Estate expert. During the fourteen weeks we knew her she was our rock. We were inexperienced home sellers and she lead our journey to a successful sale. She lead the process with amazing insight, kind professionalism and an unparrelled work ethic from the very beginning through the sale the house. Additionally she is always available for questions and kept us in the loop of what she was accomplishing on our behalf. She even answered a question for us while she was on her vacation. Our house need some complex repairs involving the crawl space and Carol is very well connected to construction professionals, structural engineers, various house inspectors and title companies and other realtors so that we felt like our house sold in a rapid turn key fashion.
