•This was our second successful real estate listing with Kelly Parks and Ideal agent. We listed our home in Madeira beach. Kelly’s knowledge of the market, her instincts on the pricing, and perhaps most importantly her list of contacts and qualified clients resulted in a successful sale of our home. As always, there can be surprises and hiccups along the way. This was one of those times. We had an offer on our home who proved to be a difficult personality. Wait-let’s not sugar coat it. He was a nightmare. Constantly whining about what he wanted included in the contract-things which were clearly excused from the price of our home. He then tried to cancel his offer after he could no longer get his deposit money back. With Kelly’s council, we mutually agreed bid the buyer good riddance and gave him back his deposit so as to not risk litigation that might have resulted in delaying our ability to sell our home in this hot market. Within a short period of time, we had another offer $150,000 over the previous contract. By the way, that is in addition to the fact that Kelly is with Ideal Agent and we saved about $47,000 in commissions. Anyone who is not using Ideal agent and Kelly Parks, is basically paying a premium for the “friendship” of your previous agent. I honestly can’t fathom using a traditional realto ever again.
