We commenced our search while on a trip to get to know the area but quickly realized our timing was tight and we needed to start seeing houses. Kelly and Kylie Parks quickly responded (late at night and worked late) to show us houses the next day with little time to prepare but had print outs and detailed preparation. The following day, they had 12 houses lined up that met our search criteria (again with little time to prepare). This was all while were on a quick visit to the Tampa to get to know the area. We went back home and put an offer in that got beat out to cash. We submitted a follow-on offer at another house where the seller's demanded more than asking price, though they had no other offers. Ultimately, Kylie guided us to look at a better area and a house we loved initially and to put an offer in which was accepted! She negotiated a roof replacement and all closing costs paid! This location is amazing, the house is beautiful, and she took us out to a great steak dinner after closing where we had a blast. Would work with the Kelly Parks team and Kylie over again anytime.
