Landon was easy going, professional, and always available to take a call or text. I appreciated his patient approach that was not like your typical salesmen vibe that gives you the impression you need to hurry up and make a choice.
Landon also saved us over a $1000 a year by putting us in contact with his home insurance broker agent.
Most importantly, I didn’t get the vibe he was representing the builder. Several other previous realtors we worked with seemingly sided with the builder’s sales rep on all conversation topics.
For example we toured with our previous realtor who stated first and foremost as we walked into the builders model with their rep present, “Just know these prices are fixed and so their really isn’t any negotiation available on prices, and that they are also spec’d out so no finishes available.” When we sat down to review incentives our previous realtor sat down at the table next to the seller. That was the first and last day we toured with the previous realtor.
