I have dealt with several realtors in my life, however, Karen stands high above the rest. Her work ethic is outstanding, and she takes total care of her clients. Karen took me to many properties, and was patient until I found the right one. She was in constant communication with the sellers realtor. We had a few difficulties with getting HOA documents, but Karen took control of the situation and even put me together with a fantastic mortgage broker. At the same time, Karen was selling my property. She was able to take care of all of the necessary, inspections and documents, and was in constant contact with the new buyers. During this whole process, I felt extremely confident in Karen’s ability to handle the buying and selling of the property. And as I said, Karen goes above and beyond for her clients.
