Pat made selling my family home completely trouble free. She was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful -- briefing me on every step of the process from listing to closing and always being available to assist. How many agents would actually help you move a few small pieces of furniture out to the garage to "stage" things for the open house? From photos for the website to being present for the buyer's engineer's visit and the bank's appraiser, Pat was consistently there smoothing the process with her support.
