•In the extremely stressful situation of purchasing a home you need an agent that has the knowledge you don’t have about the market. Kama could answer any question that I had. That is very comforting. I had a very specific small budget and Kama made sure to stay within the range I wanted. We were eventually able to find something which was less than I expected to pay for a property in Southern California. Kama would check in with me after viewing properties. Once I settled on my purchase Kama was there every step of the way as my advocate. As with any purchase there are issues that pop up along the way. Kama was able to communicate what I needed to do to take care of things as efficiently and stress free as possible. Kama is professional and has a wonderful comforting manner about her. Once again purchasing is Kama stressful in many levels. Her professionalism, market knowledge and ability to communicate with me made this an amazing experience. I would recommend Kama to anyone looking to purchase a property in the areas she serves.
