Sold Over Asking in One Weekend!

Excellent agent with our best interest at heart

Erik was there for us every step of the way. Erik spent a lot of time with us, guiding us on what we should be looking for and making sure we understood the care/maintenance of some of the homes we were interested in. The spring market is very competitive this year and Erik did everything in his power to help us successfully purchase a home, winning out 17 other bids.
