I must admit that we aren't the easiest clients to please. We were very selective in our home purchase. Jared not only helped us define our search in order to find homes that met our requirements, he also accompanied us on over 35 home visits until we found the home that met our requirements. After finding out that we weren't the only buyers making offers on the home, Jared helped us through the negotiation process to help us ensure that we were the successful bidders on the home. And to top it all off, he was always willing to laugh at my dumb jokes! I can't imagine a more effective real estate agent. Jared was quick to be at our beckon call. He took us to see over 35 houses before we found the right one, and was happy to do it. I was super impressed that he noticed what I really wanted, after seeing several homes he said I can tell that you are needing about 2500 square feet to meet all your needs, you don't like having an upstairs, you need an open living space, an office and storage. I appreciated his ability to pick up on my personal needs and wants. He is pleasant to be around never seemed annoyed by our constance demands and made our home buying experience very easy and pleasent.
