Anne Marie was extremely accessible to use during our home search and she coordinated viewings of essentially every house we wanted to see on a particular visit. Since we were coming from an hour away, it was important for us to get multiple viewings in on a given visit and she was able to coordinate four or five viewings for us in the same day, always in the most travel efficient sequence. She worked with us for several months in one of the most challenging real-estate markets in recent memory. She guided us through several offers before we settled on a home, which, although was listed as FSBO, Anne Marie was really the one who handled everything for us by acting as our agent. She was always reachable by text and was a valued resource during our search and purchase process. Document exchange was very easily completed electronically and delivered in a timely manner. She was also verfy knowledgeable about the local area. but not specialist in the local lakes/waterfront areas, where we ended up. I'd work with her again in a future transaction and would recommend her as an advocate in your search or sale.
