•On August 12, 2022, we closed on the sale of our house in Pennsylvania. My wife and I would like to take a moment to thank Jesicca Skoloda for all the hard work she and her excellent team put into selling our home. There were many hurdles and bumps along the way and yet she never once waivered or let us feel defeated. In the end, Jesicca was able to get us more than what we originally asked for. I truly believe if we had used anyone else the outcome of our sale would have been altogether different. It was the expert knowledge of Jesicca and her team that delivered us through a rough sale. We cannot thank her enough. Jesicca will forever be a part of our family and will always have our respect and support. Furthermore, we highly recommend Jesicca and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and who want the best. Shon & Sharon Gwynn
