It was tricky to figure out the price point because we did a historical restoration of a home that is in a neighborhood with varied housing options. He knows the Scranton market well and, as a resident of Scranton, he places the same high value on living in this city as we do. He also took great care with the listing description and photos--they were beautiful!

Adam walked us through every step of the process with professionalism and honesty. He was always easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. When I first got in touch with him we were not in a hurry to sell, but when the perfect house for us suddenly got listed he shifted gears quickly, helping us buy it then get our old home sold. He easily got us through all the little bumps in the road with a simple “I’ll take care of it” and followed through. His years of experience give him a great advantage, and nothing came up that he hadn’t encountered before or didn’t know how to deal with. Adam sold my house at a price he and I had agreed upon. There was no negotiations and he lived up to my expectations. He protected my privacy and kept potential buyers away from intruding, The paperwork to close the transaction/sale did not go as well as I liked in that I had to step in and threaten the buyer with taking his deposit when the buyer stalled.
