Professional, efficient and is very task oriented - Repeat Customer

I already had a relationship with Claire on another property and when this opportunity came up and I trusted her to be the 'go to' person for me on the ground. She was really efficient and worked out all the details related to the purchase and even found some issues unfavorable to me and had it fixed. She is awesome!

Knowledgeable and very professional

Claire has always been very concerned with our Interest while taking care of our rental property. She has always been diligent with keeping our property rented, and has always advised me in advance if the property need any repairs or upgrades. We would recommend her to anyone that wanted our opinion.

Free from worries

Our experience with Claire Schwartz was free from worries. She is one of the most professional and experienced realtors in the state of Florida we've ever met. She was able to see possible issues and resolve them before and after the purchase. If there was a way to rank her higher than 5 stars, she would be a 6 stars out of 5. Our experience with Claire did not finish after the purchase of our home. She followed up to make sure that we were happy with our investment and that all the little details promised by the seller and agent were fulfilled. She went way out of a realtor's duties.
