Any questions we had along the way, she was educating us about each step from searching for homes to closing. Her reliability was important to us during the closing stages ensuring us a smooth final transaction. For example: Teresa portrayed excellent problem solving skills when an issue arose with our home inspection. She quickly negotiated with the sellers and their realtor to have the necessary repairs made before purchase. Teresa definitely dedicates herself to her clients working around the clock endlessly. We are thankful to have her been a part of such a huge milestone for us.

Teresa was an amazing agent. With the market being the way it is, we knew it could take time to sell. HOWEVER, Teresa worked hard to work with us on staging and marketing and the house sold quicker than we ever imagined. She listened to us and what we needed and constantly communicated with us. She is professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her and will use her in the future for our real estate needs!

It was a long road to get this house but Jovonne kept in contact with updates and was there to cheer on when things got rough with the previous title having issues and extensions being to the last day. She looked out for me . I thank Jesus that He aligned me with her. now we are in the house and words cant say how happy we are!!!!!
