Intelligence with a work ethic to match.

You have to look really hard nowadays to find a realtor as hands on, hard working and knowledgeable about the housing market as Julie Smith and her partner husband Jeff. Plus their personalities make you want to spend time with them. The market right now is so fast paced and changeable that you need someone like Julie to check new listings several times a day and then spend time on the phone making appointments. Without those big first steps you can’t make it to the finish line. Julie is a great organizer who keeps the process on time and without any detail slipping through the cracks. She and Jeff handle all communications personally so you’re never left in doubt of the status of your closing. They realize the magnitude of the buyer’s decision in terms of money and lifestyle and really get to know what you’re after. In short, Julie gets the job done and does it with a smile.
