Jenny was great. She was always easy to get a hold of. She was very helpful when it came time peeping the home for sale with access to painters, roofers, and any other contractors needed. she made the sale of the house a bareable process. We even had her for the purchase of our new home. Where she went over and above to find us the right fit.

Not only did Cissy find me the house, she connected me with a great lender. The whole process was seamless and easy. Basically all I had to say was yes I want the house and Cissy did the rest! I will definitely use her again on my next real estate transaction.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We came across a house we wanted to see on Zillow and for once the agent they recommended was amazing. She met us at the house the same day. She also brought us comparable properties that we could go see if that was not the right fit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She shared her advise that in this crazy market we were working backwards. We were preapproved but would need to sell our house first. After our first meeting we switched gears and focused on prepping our house to sell. The house was put on the market Thursday before Labor Day and was shown as an open house all that weekend. Monday, we had competitive offers over asking. The closing was smooth, effortless and stress- free. We made on the sale above what we were hoping for and that is directly due to the outstanding advice and advocacy Cissy offered. The purchase of our new home went just as smoothly. Cissy’s advise and negotiation skills allowed us to purchase our new home well below our budget. We could not be happier with all the hard work Cissy and her team did.
