•Meghan has the patience of a saint. We started looking to buy a house, condo, townhouse, something. On our first meeting I was all over the place about what we wanted and over the next almost 1 1/2 years I continued to bounce from one thought to a different thought and throughout it all Meghan was there showing me my new taste of the week or going back to something I had seen previously that I couldn't stop thinking about. One of the things I really appreciated was her knowledge of the "underbelly" of the house. We would go in the basement of houses and she would be able to point out different things to be worried about or not. With her background of flipping houses she has another knowledge base that was really helpful when looking for a house! As we were taking our time looking for a house and what we wanted we never once felt pressure from Meghan to hurry up and make a decision. Would highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone who is down to earth and not looking for someone who feels like a sales person when you are the one buying the house!
