My experience was a great one. This was my first time buying a home by my self, and I was pretty nervous about it, and I had no clue what I was doing. Renatta helped me with the 900 questions I had, and helped me find a place that was just right for me. If I ever decide to sell, or buy another house, she will definitely be who I will call. She took what was a very stressful situation for me, and made it enjoyable and actually pretty fun.
Diane was extraordinarily helpful throughout the whirlwind process -- our first tour to offer letter to accepted offer was less than 36 hours. As we moved through the closing process, she was available for questions, big or small, and willing to track down answers, before and after the final papers were signed. I appreciated her guidance to help manage stress and setting realistic expectations while checking in throughout the whole process.

Market Knowledge - very knowledgeable of the market for houses in the area. Communication- she had our house sold before we even agreed to put it on the market. I believe she had buyers in mind when we invited her to look at it. She let me know less then a week later about the serious buyers. Problem was that my husband and I did not fully decide that we wanted to sell yet and was only inquiring information. Then we felt pressured to make a decision at that point because the buyers were offering such a good deal and she wanted them to come look at the house on Monday - after being told on a Friday about them. Although she did communicate what was happening... In a way my husband and I felt pressured to move fast and sell our home. Even though we told her that we needed some time to think on our decision. I would ask her next time to respect a person's space and time they need to make such a very important decision. Professionalism - Overall her professionalism was above average.
