Early in our search we talked with Dawn about our time line and the type and location of home we were interested in. She sent us a lot of potentials and during our search time she made arrangements for us to see any home that we indicated we might be interested in. When we eventually found a home that seemed to be a good fit for us she answered all of our questions and professionally guided us through the purchase process. We could not imagine going through this process with anyone else.

Cindy is truly the best person to work with when looking for a home. I didn't know anything about the process so I asked A LOT of questions that were borderline "dumb questions." Cindy never made me feel like any question was a dumb question and she always gave great detail in explaining things. Cindy is straight forward and a go-getter, she will do everything she can to get you what you need including things you didn't even know you needed. She 'had my back' so to speak. She really cared about me and not just selling me a house. We went to look at one house and when I wasn't sure what to do, we sat down on the bench and she simply asked me, "can you see your family here? If not, then we need to keep looking." There were also times when I would start to feel like buying an older house would be too much work but she had a way of making me feel calm and giving me simple, cheap ideas of fixing the place up. Cindy is truly a wonderful woman and great to work with. My words do not do her justice, you have to see for yourself!

Dawn is hands down phenomenal!! My husband and I are so grateful to have found her when we did! While it may have taken almost a year and a half to find our home because of the sellers market, Dawn stuck through it with us! She was always available to answer our questions and show us many homes! If she wasn’t able to do it herself, she would find someone on her team to do so! Dawn began as just our realtor, but we are beyond blessed to now call her a friend!
