Cindy and her team did an excellent job of managing the promotion of my home’s marketing. My one negative comment is that she may depend on remote technology too much.
Cindy was totally knowledgeable about the real estate market of today. The was thorough and available even when she was on vacation she continually checked in with me to inform me about showings. She was sick when my closing was scheduled but she still called me with the closing info and called me again when the buyer closed her end. I would recommend Cindy to everyone I know who might be selling or buying.
This was the first house I’ve ever bought and when the decision was made to sell it Diane was right there with me every step of the way. She was always readily available and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Because this was my first house sale there were definitely A LOT of questions. She simplified a lot of the complexities of selling a home ensuring I was comfortable and confident in my decision. Cindy was always going above and beyond for me. Didn't meet her in person until the final walk through due to Covid-19 concerns, but was with me every step as her team was willing to help.
