•I recently hired Ciampa Realty (Mario Ciampa) to handle the sale of a home that had been in our family for 65 years. I was extremely pleased with the service provided, overall process and outcome. Mario is the owner/operator of Ciampa Realty, and he is "hands on" throughout the process. He is highly experienced and knows the market extremely well. A great communicator and savvy negotiator. In my case, the home required "prepping" prior to listing. Mario is skilled in providing recommendations to maximize the home's value. He has numerous relationships with many contractors to handle any job whom I would rate excellent as well. Mario is a true professional who acts with complete integrity and transparency. An extremely hard worker who provides a boundaryless effort. He treats your property like his own with your best interests at the forefront. I would highly recommend Ciampa Realty if you are considering a home sale or purchase.
