•I met Tom awhile back when looking for an investment property. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area I was looking at. Paired with his knowledge of construction, you have quite a powerful agent. On this last transaction, a sale of an investment property, his expertise was really on display. Not only did he get above market sale price, but he "handled" everything. I found out later about a few hiccups with the lender dealing with an appraisal wording. The key here is found out LATER. Tom didn't bother me with any issues, unless I needed to be involved. Selling a property can be a nerve racking process. Tom insulated me from any noise. Awesome agent! Even better person!
