Incredible People

We first met in 2016 during an open house of our dream retirement home. We weren’t able to purchase at that time and the Delcher’s found us the Peninsula home. August 2020 our dream home was again available. Our offer was accepted the day our dream home listed; the Delcher’s sold Peninsula within 5 days of listing it. We live four states away. Duke and Linda took care of everything; both transactions went smoothly. They have our highest recommendation.
