Scott evaluated the home and property describing the home's strengths and where attention would appeal to potential buyers. He took the time to explain the local market dynamics and what potential purchasers were looking for in making the home their own. His marketing strategy pinpointed important highlights of the home, property, community and surrounding area. The marketing preperation had little to no disruption as he readied our home and ourselves for the upcoming showings. An additional skill Scott possessed that we didn't really appreciate until our home actually entered the market. He didn't treat our house as a marketing tool he or other agents would use in hopes visitors would express interest, instead, he knew his potential client base and he was very targeted in offering the opportunity to potential buyers. This led to a fast sale with no disruptions associated with repeated showings.
