•As Executor of a relative's estate, I was responsible for selling his home. Becky came highly recommended to assist with process and rightfully so, as she was extremely knowledgeable and provided guidance throughout the entire transaction. Becky was instrumental in recommending and arranging third party vendors for the extensive clean-out and other preparations that were necessary to prepare the property for the sales listing. She provided onsite management of these various services when I was unable to be there in person. She interacted appropriately with the realtors of potential buyers that resulted in obtaining a contract in a time frame that exceeded my expectations. In summary, I am extremely appreciative of the professional and caring approach that took to assist me and would highly recommend her to others.
