Kelly Boerner has the market knowledge for Northeast Pa
I have never sold a house before. Kelly Boerner was fantastic with answering all of my questions while taking pictures of the home. I appreciated the further explanations when I did not understand some of the real estate terminology used. After listing the home on the market, Kelly communicated consistently throughout the process as we had 2 potential buyers back out. Kelly never became discouraged and said that third time is the charm. She was so right. Just had a smooth closing on the house. I highly recommend Kelly Boerner as a real estate agent.
