Leo was great to work with in finding a home and I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable of the local area and explained the pros and cons of each home we looked at. It took 6 months to find the right home for me and his patience’s and dedication to arranging 48 home showings was done with a professional and positive attitude. Throw a hurricane in the mix just before closing and his expertise and advise helped me navigate good decisions. Kari, his assistant was fantastic with providing vital information to me during my house hunting, at contract and after the closing. He excelled at all phases from listing the house to showing and getting us an excellent price.

Leo and his assistant Kari did such a fabulous job of keeping us informed throughout the selling of our house. He promptly made the videos of the interior as well as an aerial view of the exterior. In less than three days we had eight offers that exceeded our asking price. He successfully sold our house at a price that more than tripled the price we purchased the house for eight years ago. They provided a step-by-step list of things we needed to do to close out our house. My wife and I are all smiles. We would use his agency for any future real estate sales.
