What can we say about Nicole?! In the summer of 2021, we received a handwritten note from Nicole in our mail where she expressed an interest in selling our home if/ when we ever decided to. Something about that personalized note appealed to us and cut to the beginning of 2022, we decided to give her a call. And that was one of the best decisions we've made! On our very first call it became apparent that she was the right fit for us. When we met her in person a couple of months later, those opinions got further reinforced. Nicole is a fabulous realtor, and we say that with utmost conviction. Being out-of-state, we could not be on-site to personally oversee updates, before listing the property on the market. Nicole not only provided us with a list of her trusted contractors, but had also made arrangements for all of them to meet us at the house and provide estimates of the work that needed to be done, ahead of time. Through the home improvement process, she made it a point to go check on the status of the work, ensured our contractors stuck to timelines, while still keeping us informed of the market fluctuations. She was even kind enough to pick up stuff that we'd ordered from the home improvement stores and water our plants! She went above and beyond what a realtor would do for their client. We felt so much at ease knowing that Nicole had our back. We're thrilled to say that when we finally listed the property, we received an offer within a day!
