Her upbeat personality, professionalism, knowledge,integrity and experience made working with Lorri Scholtes a total pleasure. Lorri never gave up and sent me listing after listing. She followed up with phone calls, and her patience is unbelievable. We were down to only about 59 days till we had to be out of my home. Lorri knew the situation we were in and every day she sent me the new listings in the communities I would want to live in. I had been approached by other realtors, and none of them forwarded me the listing here for Villaggio, except Lorri !!! A friend of mine who is a realtor didn't send me the listing at all. I used Lorri because she took the time to do her job, she knew we were under the gun to find a home where we would be happy. Whats more she kept me clam throughout the whole process, and that is not an easy task. Lorri is one in a million and if you were to need a realtor Lorri Scholtes should be your choice!

Eileen went above and beyond what is expected of a broker to ensure that everything went smoothly
Eileen went above and beyond what is expected of a broker to ensure that everything went smoothly. This included getting a replacement garage door opener, keys to the pool house, assisted in cleaning the house out. She always responded to my inquiries timely and professionally. I would highly recommend her.

I know Cintia for more than 25 years. She's kind, friendly, authentic, straight, helpful and generous friend. She's always in a good mood, she's light and a pleasant person to be around. My experience with Cintia in terms of real estate was in late 2016, she helped me to find a home in Florida. Cintia showed me lots of beautiful properties, explained to me in detail what is important to consider when we buy a house and even helped me on finding the best cost/benefit alternatives. Another thing that impressed me on Cintia, professionally speaking: by that time she just had sold a big property and the buyer was off town. Since the house had a beautiful garden and no one was taking care of, the plants were about to die. So she offered to help the new owner on that, looking for a good gardener and even watering the plants until finding someone. This is a truly fine after sales care, don't you agree?
