Alfredo’s role in the sale was essential. He was able to sell a house in the slow season. Both sellers were out of state. Alfred was our Ambassador. He made sure we were able to get offers in a timely fashion and provided excellent advice I terms of what to answer to offers. He also personally prepped the house to make sure it was in its best presentable shape. The result is that we were able to sell the house for very close to the asking price.
