I had a rough time getting my condo fixed up to put on the market during the pandemic. Susan was with me the whole way, from helping me find the companies to work with, as well as the listing and sale itself. She went above and beyond to sell my home at a very difficult time. Because I had to replace all the pipes in my home, I had to move out; going to my new home that was 200 miles away. Sue stepped in to check on and manage the repairs on a daily basis. I have never gotten the exceptional and personal service that Susan gave from any other realtor I have dealings with. What a great experience working with Karen. We purchased from afar only seeing whatever pics were posted on line. Karen was our only link to this purchase. She was available each and every time I texted, emailed or called. She answered questions, met inspectors, took extra pictures and gave us a level of confidence as we did not see our home until the morning of closing. Although she was the agent for the seller I had complete confidence she was working with and for us as well. Upon meeting her in person she was as real and genuine as perceived! I feel she went above and beyond treating us, buying a small second home, as she would treat someone buying a million dollar property.
