I have bought and sold many homes in the past I consider my standards for my agent to be extremely high. Carmen Bengochea came highly recommended she without doubt lived up to that recommendation and my standards. My first month in Florida it seemed everyone I met was a realtor. the starter at the golf course, the cart girl,My uber driver, the waitress. I must admit I was concerned. I met Carmen she listened to my needs and immediately got to work to identify property's that fit my criteria. I just bought a house with the help of Anthony. He is a great agent to work with! I consider myself a picky buyer, but Anthony had been very patient in showing me different properties. He also had been very proactive in looking for properties that I might like, and he eventually found the perfect one for me( the one that I just bought). Anthony guided me through the entire buying process with his knowledge and professionalism. He went through the contract with me and explained all the terms on the contract. After we submitted the contract, he kept in close contact with the seller side for status of our contract. Anthony always responds to my text/phone calls immediately, and he was very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone who wants to buy/sell houses!

He walked us through every step of the process, from listing contract to closing and he reached out to us at every step so we always knew what to anticipate and how to proceed at each turn. Arnold made this very intense process extremely stress free by constantly communicating with us and personally handling all issues as they arose.
