Our realtors, Gida and Ana were marvelous. They helped us decide on selling price, staging, set up open houses, took photos. They were with us every step of the way. We listed on a Thursday, had first open house on Saturday and a couple said they wanted it. We had signed contract in hand on Monday. From that point on Gida controlled all the inspections and items that followed. It was easy, quick and painless. Trying to sell a house in this market was quite frustrating, we worked with Jeff Kramer, and after every call whether it was good news or bad news, he always left us with a positive outlook. He always kept us informed of what other homes were going for in the area And was very knowledgeable in the field. He was very professional and sometimes it was hard because we were very frustrated, but he always kept his cool and we really appreciated that. He would say it only takes one person and he was absolutely right he guided us all throughout the whole transaction and we were very, very lucky to have him. I recommend him very very highly. Matter of fact, it’s been a week or two and I miss not hearing from him he was just so nice.

Alessandra was amazing to work with! When we first met, we were not quite sure the area that we wanted and we’re not ready to purchase, but she really took the time to show us different areas and followed up with us to keep us updated on several golf communities and to see when we were ready. She made herself readily available whenever we told her we were coming down and really took the time to get us all the information we needed and show us as many places as possible. We really loved working with her, not only from a professional standpoint, but she is a pleasure to spend time with!
