Trying to sell a house in this market was quite frustrating, we worked with Jeff Kramer, and after every call whether it was good news or bad news, he always left us with a positive outlook. He always kept us informed of what other homes were going for in the area And was very knowledgeable in the field. He was very professional and sometimes it was hard because we were very frustrated, but he always kept his cool and we really appreciated that. He would say it only takes one person and he was absolutely right he guided us all throughout the whole transaction and we were very, very lucky to have him. I recommend him very very highly. Matter of fact, it’s been a week or two and I miss not hearing from him he was just so nice.
