•We just completed a wonderful transaction, purchasing a unique home in Sonoma. From the first time we met Shelia we knew she was the realtor we wanted to represent us. At the time we were not going to move quickly, but once we identified a property that met our criteria, Shelia snapped into action. Quickly we were able to arrange a visit, even though Shelia was out of town. From that visit we moved to submitting a contract. Throughout the contract negotiation process, Shelia represented our interest in a respectful way to the buyer. The buyer and their agent even acknowledged how Shelia's professionalism was important in their decision to accept our offer. From start to closing, which was less than 30 days, Shelia was always there to respond to questions or clarify requests. We could not be happier and would highly recommend her.
