•We had an unexpected situation with the funding aspect of our loan just days before closing and Eric immediately jumped in and found another source that could fund the loan an it would close in just 14 days. Well the current loan officer found out about that process and he adopted that source and the loan closed in just 1 day after the original closing date. It just goes to show you that Eric had resources that maybe most agents may not have and his quick action solved the situation. As I stated earlier, you can’t go wrong.
