Kinga's Professionalism was absolutely great. She answered all my questions and took all my phone calls. The way she presented herself as well s the property secured the sale. There were always open lines of communication between Kinga and myself. She was extremely easy to work with. What I appreciated most is her responsiveness. We had a very difficult closing and the buyer's agent would not follow up for days to weeks at a time. This made even the closing agent uncomfortable with the closing. Kinga was always there making sure she got all the answers for the entire team -me the seller, the closing agent and even the buyer's bank. This was a truly great experience. She even answered the buyer's questions directly when they reached out to her. I would highly recommend her as your agent. She went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Her in depth market knowledge made the buyer comfortable with their purchase. I would highly recommend Kinga to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She is a complete professional

Kinga is very professional and committed to the projects she undertakes. She has provided a great deal of experience and expertise. My home sold for over asking price within just few weeks. I received multiple offers and even before I put my home on the market, Kinga has rented it seasonally at a great rate and managed the entire property. Renters were thrilled and so was I. I’m already under contract for a new purchase using Kinga again, this time as my Buyer’s Agent. Christine was absolutely fantastic! Christine not only found the home we ended up purchasing, but she gave up part of her Mother’s Day to show us the home and used her large network of other real estate agents to make for an easier negotiation with the sellers. Christine had so much patience with us, and was very knowledgeable about the market, various towns, and about homes in general. Christine is always accessible and extremely prompt. From touring homes, negotiating home prices, inspection, closing, etc. Christine was there with us every single step of the way answering all of our questions and even worked with our lawyers to speed up the entire process. Christine is truly the best real estate agent out there who is genuine and such a pleasure to work with!
