Mrs, Ortega goes out of her way to seek houses to our convenience and when we told her what we wanted she looks for what you want and when we saw open houses with her, she is knowledgeable on what she sees as far as the furnace , gas / oil, roof and pretty much anything she sees that may be issues and let us know which was so helpful for first time home buyers like myself.
