•"Molly was the perfect agent. In the months I spent looking for the perfect new home for me and my family, Molly never showed any discouragement and was always willing to fit me into her schedule to show me a listing. She was also a delight, positive attitude which made it so easy to talk to her. She asked the right questions in the rapport and with continued open communication, she learned more about what my style is, not just wants and needs. Molly left no questions unanswered. If she didnt know right away, she was always quick to find the answer and relay it back to me. Eventually we found the perfect new home! Molly was very active and wrote the offer in a timely manner. The closing rocess, although longer than any new home owner wants, was truly smooth. Yes, many documents to sign, but they were mostly online docs which got us to our final closing date. Closing date and time were communicated effectively. If I have to do this experience again, I would not think about any other agent than Molly Nolan. She is truly one of a kind and top notch in her profession. I am recommending her to anyone I hear looking for a home. Grade her A+++"
