Jon Tobery was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he help me buy my dream condo, he ensured the the entire process was absolutely seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond afterwards to help myself and my old roommate get out of our old rental and got our entire security deposit back. He assisted me with a few home repairs at the new place, and educated me on realtor laws and guidelines. I learned so much from Jon and will be using him again on every transaction, I’ve told all my friends how great he is! Thanks again, Jon T!

Amanda Mullins was referred to my mom as she began her search for a home on Indian Lake. This was not an easy search/process because my mom lives 3.5 hours away, and I live 1 hour away. Additionally, my mom doesn't email, isn't the best at texting and speaks English as a second language. Further complicating things is the fact that I'm not the most responsive person either. None of this ever seemed to phase Amanda as she patiently arranged virtual showings and deftly scheduled in-person visits, juggling a variety of schedules and locales, always with smile on her face. Because of her support and expertise, we recently closed on a home. She deftly handled the inevitable issues that arise as we approached closing, and we felt well-represented and taken care of throughout the purchase of the property. I will forever cheerlead for Amanda because she helped make a dream come true for our family, my mom and me; her gentle guidance and informed point of view has made me a lifelong referral source and now, most importantly, a friend. She is the consummate professional and is a heck of a lot of fun too.

Amanda and Mandy were so professional and helpful. We were moving from TN and they were so accommodating. They spent many hours and traveled further than normal to find us our beautiful home!!! They are so knowledgeable and got to know us and the things we didn't like and they made sure to let us know we wouldn't like certain places, they were right!!!! If there is ever another move, I'd definitely choose them.

In my opinion, Mr. Chris Teets went above and beyond the role of other Real Estate Agents that I have dealt with in the past. He was helpful in assisting me with finding other companies needed to dispose of unwanted items in the house, as well as other service companies needed to repair items in the house. Additionally, Mr. Teets provided guidance regarding my penchant to overspend on repairs to the home.
