We contacted Tammy not knowing much about her except what we read on her website. She responded quickly and we immediately liked her and we’re impressed with her knowledge of the area and prospective buyers. She went to work for us and we had two buyers within a week that were offing cash for more than the asking price. We accepted one offer and closing went smoothly. Finished eve in a month. Fantastic beyond our imagination.

We met Tammy because she was the listing agent on the property we were interested in. She was very helpful every step and conducted herself with complete professionalism. She showed us other properties that were on the market, but this one site really spoke to us. She mentioned several times that we could use another agent, but we liked Tammy and found her to be honest and trustworthy. Tammy was very helpful in describing the amenities of the property and was patient with us. If she didnt know something, she told us and always tried to answer all our questions. She understood our situation and did not attempt to oversell us. The choice of which property to buy property was completely in our hands. Since she lived in Moutain Lakes, Tammy was very insightful about what life would be like living in Mountain Lakes. She did her job very well.
