•Michelle and her husband listened carefully to my Kentucky resettlement interests and were always, repeat always, available - sometimes at a moments notice - to physically show or discuss interesting properties. We started with a wide range of properties that required multiple showings (numerous Kentucky visits of my design) in the initial effort and together narrowed the search and purchase to a wonderful property. Importantly, Michelle and her team have the knowledge, professional contacts, and rapport with outstanding contractors and service professionals to support an objective evaluation and follow-through with a property purchase. There were no inordinate delays, hiccups, or worrying, even my out-of-area lender was complimentary of Michelle and her team's timeliness and attention to detail. There was neither pressure nor gaming in any of my business interactions with her or the Bluegrass Home Group. Michelle and her team simply took care of business - start to finish - seamlessly and professionally.
