"Vicky, with Century 21, was a GREAT accident. The purchasing process became extremely cumbersome, and Vicky was 'there every step of the way.' She met with the home inspector, helped us find a lender, etc. In the end, our purchase only occurred because of Vicky's diligence, experience, and fortitude. The hours she invested probably allowed her to earn approximately 5 cents/hour. She is outstanding!"

We first met Lenise after my daughter found her online, we were glad to find out she spoke portuguese and was Brazillian but also had a perfect english which was just who needed to hear our wants and help us to communicate with the owner of the houses we were looking for when we first got to Orlando. She helped us find our perfect home just 15 minutes away to my daughter's high school, everything we were hoping for. After a few years we decided to move back to Brazil and sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful house. Our overall experience with Maria Kaftanovskya was great. From the very beginning she was on top of things and made sure to help us find what WE wanted and not just to find something for the sake of buying. We were pleased with her knowledge and her accessibility. Whenever we needed her, she was available and even in short time frames, she made herself available. She was willing to pound the pavement in an effort to find us the home we wanted. She was also very good at getting us the paperwork and following up on our requests. Vicky patiently showed us property after property until we found the one we thought was perfect for our needs.
