•I don't know if I have quite the room here to express how amazing working with Billy was in both the selling of our current home and then the buying of our new one. This gives us a great insight into how he works on both sides of the transaction and let me tell you it was masterful. There is no part of the process that Billy is not an expert in. He guided us through the entire process from getting the house in order, pricing it correctly and then conducting open houses in which his incredible personality truly shows through. That quality alone will help you get your house sold quickly. Now add to that when you go and see homes with him he spots every little thing that could be a concern and points out anything you should pay attention too when viewing homes. I feel like a much more informed buyer after going through this experience on every level and his work and diligence helped us find the perfect forever home for our family. Then he negotiated and helped us get a good deal on both homes. I cannot strongly recommend Billy enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and definitely if you need to do both. (PS. He prefers Billy to William).
