•Louis helped my fiance Patty and I buy our first home in Encino just this last December. He personally drove us to look at all of our listings and was very patient with us throughout the whole process. He worked with us for an entire year and showed us places from the South Bay all the way to valley. He is very knowledgable about the entire home buying process and was a major asset for us throughout our entire search. He always answers his phone and returns texts ASAP even over the holidays. We never felt pressure to buy a place and he made sure we found our dream home in the end. He is very experienced in house flips and remodels and is able to price out for you how much money you will need to put into a property that needs work. We would recommend Louis to anyone looking for a house in Los Angeles and because of him my fiance and I just moved into our dream house two months before our wedding. We couldn't of asked for more! Louis is the best!
